MeekaaKids stands behind the quality of its products and provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This warranty is applicable under normal use of the product and strictly for the purpose it was designed for. For items that arrive damaged or defective at the moment of delivery, please note that they are not considered warranty claims. Instead, our Policy for Products received with Damage or Defect covers such instances. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us about any defects or damage, and we recommend referring to this policy, which can be accessed by clicking here. It is important to note that certain situations are not covered by the warranty. These include accidents, negligence, misuse and/or abnormal use, modifications and/or alterations, commercial use of the product, as well as normal wear and tear. Please keep in mind that while wooden toys are generally more durable than plastic toys, they may occasionally break. Although our wooden toys can last for many years with proper care, we do not guarantee them against damage resulting from play and use. However, the advantage of wooden toys lies in their ability to be easily repaired with carpenter's glue, allowing for continued enjoyment for many years to come. In the event of a warranty claim, our resolution will depend on the nature of the defect and/or damage, as well as the availability of the item. We may suggest one or more of the following resolutions:

• Provision of one or more replacement parts
• Replacement of the entire item
• Compensation in the form of store credit

To keep your furniture in top condition, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe it clean. If dirt persists, use a slightly damp cloth to gently remove it. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or cleaning products that may damage the finish. Contact with rubber or certain plastics can also cause damage to the finish. Never place hot or damp items directly on your furniture. Additionally, using humidifiers on or near your furniture may also harm the finish. It is recommended to assemble products on carpet or on the product packaging to prevent scratches. For cribs, we suggest purchasing teething rails/guards to prevent damage from biting. Finally, avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight as it can cause the finish to fade
